Dr. Casey Kelley, MD, ABoIM
Board-Certified in Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine
Dr. Kelley is the founder of Case Integrative Health. She is board certified in both Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine, and her work focuses on finding the root cause of complex, long-running health problems.
Dr. Michael DeWolfe, MD
Board-Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. DeWolfe is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He earned his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his residency and a microvascular surgery fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospitals.
Kelly DeWolfe, APRN-BC, MS
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Kelly is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a background in plastic and reconstructive surgery nursing. Her focus is injectables and non-invasive aesthetic treatments. She trained at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Marquette University.
Lauralea Thomas, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Lauralea is a nurse practitioner and a retired firefighter. Her consultations are thorough and look at the whole picture, from hormones and chronic disease to aesthetics. She works with each patient to build a treatment plan that fits their life and can adapt as it changes.
