Directions

Before use, mix gently by inverting or swirling the bottle several times; do not shake vigorously. Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) by mouth and hold in the mouth for 90 seconds before swallowing. Can be repeated up to three times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
